Karnataka SSLC Results 2015 (KSEEB 10th Result 2015) & Karnataka PUC Results 2015 (Karnataka Board 12th Result 2015): Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has decided to publish Karnataka SSLC examination results 2015 on Tuesday May 12. In the meanwhile, the department of PU education has decided to announce Karnataka PUC results 2015 of the second PUC after the conclusion of common entrance test. In all likelihood, the Karnataka PU results 2015 will be announced on May 14 through the website of the department. Dates of supplementary examination for failed students will be announced thereafter.

The Karnataka 10th (SSLC) results 2015 will be made available in the authorized website of the board since afternoon that day. On the next morning, the Karnataka 10th results 2015 will be published in all the schools, said commissioner in the department of public instruction, Mohammed Mohsin.
A total of 8.56 Lakhs students had appeared for the Karnataka SSLC examination 2015 this year.

The Department of Pre-University Education (PUE) deals with the First Year and Second Year Pre-University Examinations (Class 11 and Class 12 Examinations). Pre-University Education (PUE) is a link between Secondary Education and Higher Education. About 7 Lakh students appear for Karnataka PUC Examinations every year. The Karnataka PUC Results, also known as the Karnataka II PU Results 2015 hold special significance for the students of Karnataka as this is the Karnataka Class 12 Results which determine in which stream of education would a student pursue his / her undergraduate career in and get admission in a University. In 2014, the Karnataka PU Results were announced on 8th May and the Karnataka II PU Results was announced for a total of about 6.15 Lakh students. The II PU Supplementary Results were announced for a total of about 2.19 Lakh students across the state of Karnataka. This year too the Karnataka Class 12 Result i.e. Karnataka PUC Result 2015 are expected to be announced in the first / second week of May 2015 and the fate of nearly 6.5 Lakh students will be decided once the PU Board announces the II PU Results 2015.
The Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka is the organization for implementation of higher secondary education in the state. There are 1202 Government Pre-University colleges, 637 Aided Pre-University colleges, 1936 Unaided Pre-University colleges, 165 bifurcated Pre-University colleges & 13 Corporation Pre-university colleges.

There are 23 subjects, 11 languages and 50 combinations in the Pre-University curriculum. In 2010-11, there were 4,43,185 students in Humanities in I & II PUC, 2,47,421 students in Science in I & II PUC & 2,77,189 students in commerce in I & II PUC.
