Educational Qualifications: 12th (HSC) or equivalent from a recognized university / Board.

Application Fee: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.125 has to be paid as application fee through a fee payment challan in any branch of the State Bank of India OR through Internet Banking Or using Credit Card/ Debit Card.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test / Fitness Test.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply online through the Maharashtra police websites www.mahapoliceonline.org OR www.mahapoliceonline.mahaonline.gov.in/ till 30 April 2013. Candidates can follow instructions before online application submission.
Before, applying candidates should scan their photo and signature and also obtain a User Name and password by registering themselves on Maharashtra police websites.
After registration, candidates should log in using User Name & password, upload their photo and signature, choose the Unit and Post they want to apply for and fill in the required application form.
After filling the form, candidates should recheck the filled in details and then submit the online application form.
On successful submission, a system generated Registration ID will appear on the screen, Candidates should take a print out of the online submitted application with Registration ID and deposit the fee either Online or Offline.
Candidates depositing fee through online mode can update transaction ID immediately. Those depositing fees offline using the fee payment challan downloaded from the website, will have to first deposit the fee in any branch of SBI, obtain the transaction ID and then update it (Transaction ID) online one day after depositing the fees.
