    Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, NAAC Accredited ‘A’ Grade State University, invited applications for filling up 113 Non-teaching posts. Interested candidates should send their applications for the all posts except for the post of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator till 11 November 2013. Candidates willing to apply for the post of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator should apply online till 11 November 2013.

    Eligibility Criterion

    Age limit: (on the last date of receipt of application)

    Minimum: 18 years

    Maximum: 50 years

    Educational Qualifications: Refer notification

    NOTE: Benefit of reservations will be available to the candidates of Haryana State only.

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written / screening test and Interview.

    Only shortlisted candidates – through written / screening test -- will be called for Interview. Eligibility of the candidates will be verified during Interview.

    NOTE: For Computer Centre Programmer (Temporary post likely to continue): Screening test will be held on 24 November 2013 at 11.00. am in the Mechanical Engineering Block, UIET, M.D.U, Rohtak. No separate call letter/intimation will be sent to the candidates by the University.

    Knowledge of Computer is essential for all the posts.

    Application fees: Non-refundable application fees has to be paid in the form of University cash receipt OR a crossed Demand Draft drawn drawn in favour of Finance Officer, M.D. University, Rohtak.

    Details about amount of fees to be paid for different posts by candidates belonging to different categories:

    for posts from Sr. No. 1 - 6:  Rs. 500                 

     (for SC / BC category candidates of Haryana State only) Rs. 125 

    for posts from Sr. No. 7 - 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23-25 & 27: Rs. 300                 

     (for SC / BC category candidates of Haryana State only)  Rs. 75

    for the post of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator at Sr. No. 16, 19, 22 & 26:   Rs. 400

    (for SC / BC category candidates of Haryana State only)  Rs. 100

    How to Obtain Application form: The Applications form (except for the post of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator for which candidates are required to apply online) can be obtained from the University Publication Cell by making cash payment of Rs. 100 at sale counter (Rs. 25 for SC / BC / SBC / EBP of Haryana State only) / by sending Rs. 130 (Rs. 55 for SC / BC / SBC / EBP) through Regd. Post / Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Finance Officer, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak’.

    For the posts of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator, candidates are required to be fill and submit online application form through University website www.mdurohtak.ac.in.

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of relevant testimonials and fee DD / University cash receipt, in Original, to “The Registrar, Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak” so  as to reach the concerned authority by 11 November 2013.

    For the posts of Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator, candidates are required to be fill and submit online application form through University website www.mdurohtak.ac.in till the prescribed last Date. These candidates will be required to submit all documents / testimonials / Certificates in original along with the attested copies for verification at the time of Interview.

    NOTE: Candidates applying for multiple posts should send separate application along with required fees for each post.

    Those applying for the post of Librarian are required to send 7 copies of filled Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) proforma and 5 duly bound sets of reprints of their minimum 10 publications along with their applications.

    The posts under Self Financing Scheme will be filled up initially for two years on contract basis. On satisfactory completion of two years, contract may be extended for the period which will be co-terminus with the duration of the respective course / program or till superannuation, whichever is earlier. Candidates should specifically mention in the application form the name of the department under Self Financing Scheme for which they are applying.
