The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class X odia paper was held on Monday, 18 March 13. The paper had at least 30 spelling and grammatical mistakes. The average mistakes were of 2.5 mistakes per question in the paper of 12 questions. It seemed as if the CBSE was enjoying the autonomy in distorting Odia spellings.
Students confirmed that some mistakes were such which could be guessed by students. However, there were many mistakes which were difficult to understand. Students struggled a lot and invigilators were also not able to help.
