Nagaland Board (NBSE) has announced the much awaited 12th Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination result on 30 April 2015! NBSE Class 12th (HSSLC) examination was held on 10 February 2015 till 02 March 2015. The examination was held in a single shift (09.00 am-12 noon). NBSE witnessed a large number of examinees this year.
Maintaining the trend of declaring the result soon within 2-3 months of completion of the examination, the board has paced up the scrutiny procedure. Candidates are required to keep their roll number/ registration number and registered date of birth in hand, for accessing their result.
The Nagaland Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (NBSE) conducts HSSLC exam every year. The board was set up through an Act by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and received the Governor’s assent on 15 November 1973. With a view to provide top notch facility to the students of the State, the board has been able to emerge with its own identity through a notable series of educational related workshops, study tours and seminars.
The board inculcated its new syllabus on 12 April 1979 and text books were written and used as per the newly framed syllabus 1981 onwards. The Board is composed of ex-officio members, members nominated by the Government and co-opted members and the jurisdiction is the State of Nagaland.
The previous year, 13,570 students had appeared for the examination and the result was declared on 30 April 2014.
