National Green Tribunal (NGT), New Delhi issued notification inviting applications for filling up 21 posts of Staff Car Driver (7 posts to be filled through Direct recruitment and 14 posts on contract basis). The 13 vacancies are with NGT, Principal Bench at New Delhi and 2 vacancies each at Zonal benches at Chennai, Bhopal, Pune & Kolkata. Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with GP of Rs. 1900 pm.
2. Staff Car Driver: 14 posts
Mode of Recruitment: on Contractual basis
Remuneration: Rs. 14500 pm. (consolidated)
Eligibility Criterion
Age limit: (as on 22 March 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 27 years
Essential Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent qualification; Candidate must hold a valid driving license for motor cars with experience of driving a motor car for at-least 3 years;
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of motor mechanism with ability to rectify minor defects in the vehicles;

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Driving Skill Test and Interview.
