    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification & Experience

    1. General Manager (Human Resources & Industrial Relations): The candidate should have an MBA/MSW/ PG Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/ Personal Management & Industrial Relations. The candidates must have minimum 12 years of work experience in the relevant field. Those candidates who possess an LLB degree would be given preference.
    2. General Manager (Project & Works): The candidates must have a B.E. / B. Tech. in Pulp & Paper Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical instrumentation/ B.Sc. +B.Sc. Tech (Paper/Cellulose) degree with minimum 12 years of experience in project management in the areas of Design/ Procurement/planning/ project execution and management. Those candidates having a PG Degree/Diploma and experience in Pulp &Paper industry would be given preference.
    3. General Manager (Commercial): The candidates must have an MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Material/ Inventory Management or E-commerce with minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant field. Those candidates who have B.E./B.Tech. degree with experience in Project management and Procurement of equipments in Pulp &Paper Industry would get preference.
    4. General Manager (Finance & Accounts): The candidates must have a CA/CMA degree along with 12 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with working experience in Project Finance and Management in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    5. Deputy General Manager (Finance): The candidates must have a CA/CMA degree along with 10 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with working experience in Project Finance and Management in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    6. Deputy General Manager (Internal Audit): The candidates must have a CA/CMA degree along with 10 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with working experience in Project Finance and Management of Audit in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    7. Deputy General Manager (Utility): The candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation with 1st Class BOE(Boiler Operation Engineer) and 10 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Management along with experience in modern high-pressure boiler/turbine/ process water supply and other utilities in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    8. Deputy General Manager (Maintenance): The candidates must have a B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Project and Industrial Management/ BOE certificates would be given preference.
    9. Deputy General Manager (Civil): The candidates must have a B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Project management with experience in Civil Project execution and co-ordination in newsprint/paper industry would be given preference.
    10. Deputy General Manager (Systems): The candidates must have a B.E. /B. Tech. Degree in IT/Computer Science or MCA or M.Sc.(IT) with minimum experience of 12 years in relevant field. Those candidates having Certificate in Network Engineering/Programming with experience in managing EDP/IT, Audit setup and Management of company data would be given preference.
    11. Senior Manager (Instrumentation): The candidates must have a B.E. /B. Tech. Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum experience of 10 years in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Management with experience in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    12. Manager (Electrical): The candidates must have a B.E. /B.Tech. Degree in Electrical Engineering along with 8 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/Diploma in Energy Management/ Electrical Science with experience in Pulp & Paper Industry would be given preference.
    13. Manager (Civil): The candidates must have a B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 8 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Project Management along with knowledge in Auto CAD and experience in Pulp &Paper industry would be given preference.
    14. Deputy Manager (Civil): The candidates must have a B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 6 years of experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Project Management along with knowledge in Auto CAD and experience in Pulp &Paper industry would be given preference.
    15. Manager (De-Inking plant): The candidates must have a B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Pulp & Paper Technology/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 8 years of working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Diploma in Management/ Pulp &Paper technology would be given preference.
    16. Assistant Manager (De-Inking plant): The candidates must have a B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Pulp & Paper Technology/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 4 years of working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Diploma in Management/ Pulp &Paper technology would be given preference.
    17. Assistant Manager (Captive Power Plant): The candidates must have a B.E. / B. Tech Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation (minimum 55% marks) and 1st Class BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) with minimum 4 years of working experience. Those candidates having PG Degree/Diploma in Management with experience in Pulp & Paper industry would be given preference.
    18. Deputy Manager (Project-Commercial): The candidates must have an MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Material Inventory Management or E-commerce with minimum 6 years of working experience in relevant field.
    19. Assistant Manager (Project- Commercial): The candidates must have an MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Material Inventory Management or E-commerce with minimum 4 years of working experience in relevant field.
    20. Deputy Manager (Logistics): The candidates must have an MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Material Inventory Management or E-commerce with minimum 6 years of working experience in relevant field.
    21. Assistant Manager (Logistics): The candidates must have an MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Material Inventory Management or E-commerce with minimum 4 years of working experience in relevant field.
    22. Deputy Manager (Project- Finance): The candidates must have a CA/CMA Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with experience in Pulp & Paper industry would be preferred.
    23. Assistant Manager (Project- Finance): ): The candidates must have a CA/CMA Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having CS/MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with experience in Pulp & Paper industry would be preferred.
    24. Project Officer (Back Office Management): The candidates must have a B.E/ B. Tech. Degree in IT/CS/MCA with 2 years working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having PG Degree/ Diploma in Management with experience in Pulp & Paper Industry would be given preference.
    25. Assistant Officer (Stores): The candidates must have M.Com. and PGDCA Degree with 2 years working experience in relevant field. Those candidates having an MBA degree with experience in Pulp and Paper industry would be given preference.

    • For Post No. 16, 17,19,21,22: 30 Years
    • For Post No. 23, 24, 25: 28 Years
    • Age Relaxation to SC/ST/ OBC and Government employee candidates would be given as per the Government Norms.

    Selection Procedure

    The shortlisted candidates filling up the forms would get a call for interview from the authorities. Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria doesn’t entitle the candidate for interview. The candidates have to then undergo medical tests to finally get recruited.

    • Eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed application format.
    • Application Form duly filled along with signed and affixed latest passport size photograph should accompany with all the required certificates and documents like Birth Certificates, Educational certificates, caste certificates, experience certificates and NOC from government employee along with application fee should be enclosed with the application form.
    • The following documents should be submitted to “The Manager (P& A), Nepa Limited, Nepanagar, Dist- Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh- 450 221” before 18 August 2014.
