Eligibility Criteria:  

Executive Director (Finance)(E9)- Should be a graduate from a recognized university and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record. He should have atleast 25 years of relevant post qualification executive experience in corporate financial management and accounts including cost, budgetary control, Institutional finance, working capital management, etc in a large Industrial / Mining organization. Out of the total Post qualification experience, the candidate must have worked at a senior level for a minimum period of 8 years.

Executive Director (Material Management) (E9) - Degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/PG Diploma (of not less than 2 years duration) in Materials Management. Should have minimum 25 years of relevant post qualification executive experience in all gamuts of material management function of a large industrial/mining organization and should be well conversant with materials management policies, Import & Export procedures, handling of stores and purchase department. Knowledge of Computer will be an added advantage. Out of the total Post qualification experience, the candidate must have worked at a senior level for a minimum period of 8 years

General Manager (Finance) (E8) - Should be a graduate from a recognized university and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record. He should have atleast 20 years of relevant post qualification executive experience in corporate financial management and accounts including cost, budgetary control, Institutional finance, working capital management, etc in a large Industrial / Mining organization. Out of the total Post qualification experience, the candidate must have worked at a senior level for a minimum period of 5 years.

General Manager (Commercial) (E8)- Should be a graduate with PG Degree/PG Diploma (of two years duration) in marketing/ForeignTrade/Sales Management from a recognized University/Institute OR Graduate in Engineering OR CA/ICWA. He should have minimum 20 years of relevant post qualification executive experience in Marketing/Market Research/ Product Development/Sales forecasting/ Sales Planning/ Foreign Trade in a large industrial / mining organization. Out of the total Post qualification experience, the candidate must have worked at a senior level for a minimum period of 5 years

General Manager (Corporate Social Responsibility) (E8)- Should be a graduate with Post graduate degree or Post graduate diploma of two years duration from a recognized University/ Institute in Community development / Rural Development / Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development/ Rural and Tribal development/ Development Management / Rural Management OR Graduate with Post Graduate degree of 2 years duration from a recognized University / Institute in Social work with specialization in Community Development/ Rural Development/ Community Organization & Development Practice/ Urban & Rural Community Development/ Rural & Tribal Development/ Development Management

General manager (Corporate Planning) (E8)- Should have 20 years of post qualification executive experience of which atleast 5 years at senior management level in dealing with Corporate Planning, Business Development, Financial Analysis, Merger & Acquisition / Joint Venture matters preferably in Metal and Mining Sector. He will be responsible for evolving Corporate Business Plans and Analysis, Merger & Acquisitions / Joint ventures and new business Promotion & development.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 52 Years

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of interview/exam conducted by the organization.
