Odisha Public Service Commission has released the examination date for the Odisha Civil Services 2018 preliminary examination. The Odisha Civil Services 2018 preliminary examination will be conducted on October 28.
Candidates who had applied for the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) examination should note that they have to deposit the application fee of Rs 300 for the exam and today is the last date to deposit the same.
It is to be noted that total 218 vacancies were notified for Odisha Civil Services exam for which minimum educational qualification is graduation. Candidates in the age group 21-32 years are eligible for these posts.
Candidates who have to take part in the preliminary examination, will receive their admit card 7-10 days prior to the examination and can download from the official website. They can all the details information regarding exams like date, city, centre and shift timing etc from their admit card.

Odisha PSC Civil Service (Main) Exam 2017: Exam Schedule Released
Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the exam schedule for Civil Service Main Exam 2017. The exam will be conducted from 25 June 2018 to 18 July 2018 at five zones of the state i.e. Balasore, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur. The exam will be conducted in two shifts Morning and Afternoon. Morning Shift will be from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM and Afternoon Shift from 2.00 PM to 5 PM.
The commission will soon release the admit cards for main exam. The candidates are required to keep their eyes on the official website for latest updates and download their admit cards whenever released on the official website.
The Preliminary Exam was conducted on 18 February 2018 to fill up 106 vacant posts and services coming under Civil Services. All those who have qualified the preliminary exam are eligible to appear in the Main Exam.
The Main Exam shall comprise Odia Language, English, English Essay, General Studies I & II Papers, two optional subjects having two papers of 3 hours duration. Those who qualify minimum marks in the main exam shall be called for Personality Test. The Interview Test and Personality Test will be of 250 Marks. The final selection will be on the basis of performance in written and personality test.
