Eligibility Criteria for Pawan Hans Limited Various Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

  • Jt. General Manager (Civil)- Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech) preferably with an MBA (with specialization in Construction / Project / Maintenance Management) from reputed and recognised Institution / University and should have 12 (twelve) years of post qualification executive experience out of which two years in the next below grade.
  • Heliport Manager (Rohini Heliport)- Graduate in any discipline with 12 (twelve) years executive experience in Airport / Heliport operations / Air traffic management / Aviation management and desirable experience in air field maintenance and rescue and crash fire fighting out of which two years should be in the next below grade or equivalent.
  • Deputy General Manager (Safety)- Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL.
  • Sr. Manager (Law)- Professional Degree in Law (3 years regular course after graduation or 5 years integrated regular course after 10+2) with 7 (seven) years of post qualification experience out of which two years in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organization.
  • Manager (Safety)- Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL.
  • Manager (FOQA)- Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H)
