Educational Qualification
Chief Digital Officer- The candidate should have BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks. OR candidate have B.Sc. and MCA degree from a recognized University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture. Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. OR Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance, should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.+
General Manager-HR (Corporate) - Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Organizational Development from an institute of repute.
AGM(Economist) AGM(Economist)- Post Graduation in Economics with monetary/ financial economics/ statistics/ econometrics as subjects, from an Indian /Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India or other regulatory bodies. Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage.
AGM (Company Secretary) - Minimum Graduation and Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India
Age Limit
- Chief Digital Officer – 35 to 48 years
- General Manager-HR (Corporate) – 40 to 50 years
- AGM(Economist) AGM(Economist) GM(Economist)- 45 to 50 years
- AGM (Company Secretary)- 35 to 50 years
