Eligibility Criteria for Registrar, Librarian and other Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- Registrar: (i) At least 15 years of exp. as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level-11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level-12 and above including as Associate Prof. along with experience in Educational Administration. (or)
(ii) 15 years of administrative exp., of which 08 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. Age Limit: Below 57 years.
- Finance Officer: Master degree with at least 55 percent of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Age Limit: Below 57 years.
- Controller of Examinations: i) Master degree with at least 55 percent of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
ii) At least 15 years of exp. as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 08 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Prof. along with exp. in educational administration (or) 15 years of administrative exp., of which 08 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. Age Limit: Below 57 years.
- Librarian: i) Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55 percent of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
ii) At least 10 years as a Librarian at any level in Uni. Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Prof. in Library Science or ten years exp. as a College Librarian.
iii) Doctorate with PhD Degree in Library Science/documentation/archives and manuscript keeping. Age Limit: Below 57 years.

Persons should print and keep a copy of application along with fee submission receipt.
