Railway (RPF & RPSF) 1120 SI Recruitment 2018: Last Date of Online Application 30 June

As per the lastet railway recruitment updates in RPF and RPSF for SI posts across the country, graduates are eligbile for the posts and the salary will be according to the Level-6 of the Seventh Pay Commission pay matrix with initial pay of Rs.35,400/- and allounces.

Indian Railway has released the official notification for Railway Protection Force  & Railway Protection Special Force Sub-Inspectors (RPF & RPSF SI) Recruitment 2018 through the Employment News week 19-25 May 2018. The total of 1120 vacancies has been notified of which 819 posts for Male Candidates and 301 are for Female Candidate.

The online application for RPF & RPSF SI Recruitment 2018 will start from 01 June 2018 and to continue till 30 June 2018. Graduates can apply for the post through official website via rpfonlinereg.org before the last date.

Indian Railways has also released official notification for the post of Constable for RPF & RPSF Recruitment 2018. Candidates can easily online for these posts. For more information on this, visit the links given below.

  • Starting Date for Online Application Submission - 01 June 2018 from 10:00 AM
  • Last Date for Online Application Submission - 30 June 2018 till 11:59 PM
  • Tentative Date for Computer Based Test - September and October 2018

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should be graduate from a recognized board
  • Must be a citizen of India

Age Limit:

The age should be between 20 to 25 Years

RPF & RPSF SI Exam Pattern & Selection Procedure:

The selection for RPF Constable Post will be done in three stages as follows :

Phase I

Computer Based Test - Online written test will be conducted in the month of September and October. The candidates who would apply for the post, have to appear for the test. The test will be consists of 120 MCQs to be completed in 90 minutes duration. 1 marks will be awarded  for each correct answer and 1 marks will be deducted for 4 incorrect answer.

Question Type:

  • General Awareness - 50 Marks
  • Arithmetic - 35 Marks
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning - 35 questions

Phase II

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test  (PMT)-  The candidates who will qualify CBT shall be called for PET an PMT. It will consists of three events:

Phase III

Document Verification - Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written test and performance in PET and PMT for document verification

Medical examination will be also be conducted for empanelled candidates. The candidates found fit directed to the concerned training centre

  • Open Categories - Rs. 500/-
