    Mathura: Engineering students who are under severe pressure due to the increasing competition, shouldn’t feel disappointed or disillusioned, as B.Tech engineering still remains a lucrative career option, even today. Engineering as an academic programme shouldn’t be written-off or termed as a career blunder. It offers immense career options and opportunities in a diverse range of fields. Today’s youngsters require a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge as well as the necessary skills and competencies in addition to dedication and to build a bright career ahead.

    The aforementioned were the highlights of Mr Jitendra Tiwari’s address at the Career Counselling at Sanskriti University on Friday i.e. 15th Sep. 2018. Mr Tiwari is a National Memorial record holder from National Institute for Medicare. The inauguration of Career Counselling Ceremony began with the lighting of a lampby (Dr.) Abhay Kumar and OSD Meenakshi Sharma.

    Mr Jitendra Tiwari- career Counselling specialist with Made Easy, was the principal facilitator for the Career Counselling Workshop held at Sanskriti University on Friday i.e. 15th Sep. 2018. Mr Tiwari holds a Master’s degree in technical education from one of the leading universities in North India.
     
    In his address to the students, Jitendra Tiwari told engineering students that the modern era has brought to the fore several new career options including several new career opportunities in the engineering domain. Students who have interest and dedication can build a lucrative career in the field of engineering. Sanskriti University is among the most awarded b tech colleges in UP.

    Talking about engineering placements, Mr. Tiwari told the students that confidence and expertise in the respective engineering subject is the two pillar that can help them succeed in getting a good job. Majority of the engineering graduates get their first job break as part of the placement process facilitated by the respective institute or the university. For those, who are unable to find placement through the college placement process, there are several option job options available. These include jobs in development, testing, designing, electrical, civil engineering etc.after which you will get a good job easily. Stressing on the importance of hardwork for engineers, Mr Tiwari said that zeal to work hard and get the job done should be the two guiding principles for engineering graduates seeking jobs.

    Concluding the Career Counselling Workshop, OSD Meenakshi Sharma expressed her gratitude towards Career Counsellor Jitendra Tiwari with a momento. The Career Counselling Session was organized by Manager Corporate Relation Tanya Upadhyay.
