Schools in Himachal Pradesh to get Music & Physical training Teachers

    The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Mr. Virbhadra Singh said that the state government would now organize one music teacher and one physical training teacher in all the government schools around the state, so that the overall development of the students could get looked after.

    There is a burgeoning growth in the private school sector around the state and they are providing new age infrastructure and technology to make students aware of the latest trends and standards. To match the same the government schools would now take adequate measures, so that the students of the government run schools could attain the same benefits.

    The decision was taken while chief minister Virbhadra Singh addressed the audiences at ‘Samman Samaroh’ which was organized in the honor of the meritorious students in the campus of HP Board of School Education at Dharmasahala. He further added that to begin work on the same, the government schools has already started including Hindi, English and Mathematics subjects from the very first class of studies. The government schools around the state would provide separate toilet facilities for boys and girls and the teachers would be said to maintain cleanliness in the school campus throughout the year.

    There would be programmes and initiatives taken up by the government schools to make school children aware of the benefits of cleanliness and the making them understand the importance of environment. There would be programmes to denote the importance of environment amongst the students and preventive measures would be taught to the students by the respective schools.
