The Staff selection commission will announce the SSC CGL Tier-1 result on October 31, 2017. Candidates who have appeared in the exam, can check their results at SSC official website i.e. ssc.nic.in after the links activation. The commission has successfully conducted the examination across the country from August 5 to August 23, 2017. According to SSC, A total number of 15, 43, 962 candidates appeared in the tier-1 exam. SSC has organized the examination in 43 batches.
Earlier, SSC had announced that the answer keys will be released on September 18. This answer key will assist candidate to analyze the performance accurately.

- Search here for SSC CGL Tier-1 result 2017 notification and visit it.
- A PDF file having Name and Roll number of successful will be downloaded.
- Now, you can check your name in this list.

SSC CGL Tier-1 exam is an online computer based examination comprising of 100 questions carrying 2 marks for each asked question. The total time duration for this exam is 1 hour. The paper is divided into four parts i.e. General Intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General knowledge. Each subject is comprised of 25 questions and each wrong answer is awarded with 0.50 negative marking.
