SSC CHSL Descriptive Paper (Tier II) result has been declared, the selected candidates will be called for Type Test/Data Entry Skill Test for the post of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant/Court Clerk/DEO/LDC.
Staff selection commission had held CHSL Examination, 2016(Descriptive paper) on 9 July 2017 and on the basis of merit in the examination , 41,326 candidates have qualified for Typing Test for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant/ LDC/Court Clerk, 766 and 344 Candidates for DEO in C&AG, and 344 for Departments other than C&AG respectively .
Candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator should have the speed of 15,000 key depressions per hour for C&AG and 8,000 key depressions per hour for departments other than C&AG, to be eligible.
To qualify for the posts of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant/Court Clerk and LDCs should be able to full the minimum typing speed criteria of English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. and Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. in SSC Typing Test.
The Schedule of the Skill Test/Typing Test will be notified soon through the official web portal and Commission’s Regional Offices website of SSC. Document verification too will be held at the time of conducting of Skill Test/ Typing Test.
Candidates can check their Marks on (http://ssc.nic.in.), which will be made available on the Commissions website shortly.
