SSC Delhi Police Constable Notification 2023: Staff Selection Commission is inviting online applications for recruitment for Constables in Delhi Police.  The detailed pdf is available in the Employment News (23-29)September 2023. There are 7547 vacancies available in the department. The online registration for DP Recruitment is available from 01 September to 30 September 2023. The candidates first register on the commission's website and then log in and fill out the application form.

Those who qualify for the online exam will be called for a Physical Exam. Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) will be conducted by the Delhi Police in Delhi and is qualifying in nature.

Delhi Police Constable Exam Date 2023

SSC has announced the exam dates in a PDF. According to the official notice, "The schedule of the Computer Based Examination mentioned on the first notice page may be read as 14.11.2023 to 05.12.2023." Hence, the exam will be held on 14, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 November 2023 and 01, 04, 05 December 2023.

DP Constable Recruitment 2023: How to Fill Application Form ?

The application process for the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Posts wil be online. The application form will be available on the official website of the Delhi Police. The application fee is likely to be Rs. 100 for General Category candidates and Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Step 1: Visit the website of SSC and register on the website

Step 2: Login using the registration details sent to the candidates

Step 3: Click the ‘Apply’ link in the ‘Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination-2023’ Section under the ‘Latest Notifications’ tab

Step 4: Fill and answer the application form

Step 5: Upload your recent Photograph  and signature

Step 6: Go through the declaration carefully and click on “I agree” check box if you accept the same. Fill up the Captcha code.

Step 7: Preview and verify the information.  Click on ‘Edit/ Modify’ button and make requisite corrections before proceeding further, if any. When you are satisfied that the information is correctly filled, preview

Step 8: Now,  make a fee payment if you are not exempted from payment of fee.

Delhi Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility criteria for the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2023 are as follows:

• Age: 18 to 25 years as of 01.07.2023
• Education: 12th passed from a recognized Board
• Height: 170 cm for male and 157 cm for female
• Chest: 81 cm for male 
• Other - Male candidates must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor Cycle or Car) as on the date of PE&MT. Learner License is not acceptable.

Delhi Police Constable 2023 Exam Details  

There will be 100 Multi-Choice Questions on the following subjects:

• Reasoning - 25 MCQs of 25 Marks
• General Knowledge/Current Affairs - 50 MCQs of 50 Marks
• Numerical Ability  - 15 MCQs of 15 Marks
• Computer Fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication, Internet, WWW and Web Browsers etc. - 10 MCQs of 10 Marks

Delhi Police Constable Admit Card 2023

The admit card will be released on SSC Region website including NR, SR, CR, KKR, MPR, ER, WR, NWR, and NER. The admit card will be released before 7 days of the exam i.e. in the first week of November 2023.

The candidates will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the test

0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
