Now-a-days, Startups have become the major source of employment and the startup culture is growing tremendously in India due to continuous rapid growth of Indian economy. In India, the educated youngsters want to start their own start-up now-a-days for their self-employment as well as higher education to harness their techno-educational skills. Now, Indian youngsters want job and career opportunities in newly established and famous start-ups because here these young professionals get lucrative salary packages besides showing their creativity and talent. But, as this is the “Election Year 2019”, hence complete media attention has not been given to the very important issue of employment this year. Although, the top start-ups are providing very attractive job offers to the IIT and other engineering college’ pass out a candidate which is the reason of happiness for the students of various engineering fields.

The roles of AI engineer, data analyst, user-experience engineer and software developer are what startups are eyeing to hire. And companies are willing to offer lucrative packages in the range of 10-15 Lakhs per annum for such roles. Like previous year, Companies such as IRCON, ONGC, PayTM and Pepperfry have made their mind very clear to filter out the best talents from the Indian engineering colleges in 2019 also. Modern and funded companies are laying strong emphasis on growing their tech teams and are ready to offer whopping salaries for the roles of data analyst and augmented reality engineering.

Top startups are looking to focus more in hiring talents in the coming year as they are expanding their teams in the pursuit of growing their business. Startups like PayTM have already made 26-30 offers across the National Institute of Technology and other engineering colleges as confirmed by the top management.  The management team also confirmed that those with exceptional coding skills and strong grasp in data structures will be preferred.

The trend suggests that mid-sized startups are going to hire talented freshers from top engineering institutes. In this era of big data, there will be no dearth of jobs for engineers passing out from top colleges. Seeing the strong future of artificial intelligence, mobile software development, back-end and front-end development, startups are ready to pay anything in-between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 25 lakh for the aforementioned roles.  Most importantly, many startups have made it clear that skills set are not only the parameters to judge the efficiency of candidates, what is more crucial is their ability to stay updated with trends and adapt to any upcoming challenge with perfection. Those who will be able to multitask will be preferred.

Right from fashion technology to various e-commerce, retail management, leather garments and tools and machinery designing  startups to companies, every firm is getting ready to hire more engineers across many Indian institutes. The year 2019 is going to prove good for engineers as startups and other big brands of India are leaving no stone unturned to hire the efficient resources and the number is going to rise in coming times.
