Supreme Court Stayed Rajasthan Judicial Services Competitive (RPSC) Examination (Main)

The Supreme Court on 18 June 2012 Stayed RPSC main scheduled on 30 June 2012 over a candidate's claiming various mistakes in the preliminary test held on 21 December 2011.

The Supreme Court on 18 June 2012 Stayed the Rajasthan Judicial Services Competitive (RPSC) Examination (main) scheduled on 30 June 2012. The exam is Stayed over a candidate's keeping number of mistakes in the preliminary test held on 21 December 2011.The judicial service exam had hundreds of vacant posts of judges in lower judiciary. There work is to clear the cases.

Supreme Court had issued a notice to the State Government and others suspected who were participated in the preliminary exam held by the RPSC.

There were some multiple choice questions whose answer was not correct among the options. The wrong answer multiple questions retains 120 marks by which several students were disqualified from the main exam of RPSC.

The RPSC had also deleted 14 questions and changed the options of 11 questions during the Preliminary exam. Rajasthan High Court accepted the RPSC proposal. It would likely to revise the results of the preliminary exam before the 30 June 2012 main exam.
