Symbiosis Law School tied up with University College Cork

In order to integrate their research and training efforts in the field of law, Symbiosis Law School and University College Cork has merged up and signed a partnership together.

In order to integrate their research and training efforts in the field of law, Symbiosis Law School and University College Cork has merged up and signed a partnership together. The objective of the partnership is to help both students and that of the faculty to undergo widespread exposure through exchange in various programmes and services from both the institutions.  

The collaboration would further lead to the design of special curriculum and help in advance research in various fields like IP Law, Information Technology, Corporate Governance, Environmental law, Comparative legal research and Human Rights. This would help students and research scholars to share their ideas and findings in order to take research proceedings further.

Professor Shashikala Gurpur, Dean of Symbiosis Law School said, “This relationship adds value in terms of cross-border knowledge sharing and expertise building among faculty and students”.

The International Coordinator & Vice Chair- India Strategy Group, University College Cork, Dr. Christopher Shepard said, “ This collaboration will not only provide an excellent opportunity for students to significantly enhance their abilities but also give them the necessary tools to be successful global leaders tomorrow.”
