UPSC Exam Centre 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the exam centre list for the Civil Service Examination (CSE) on its official website - upsc.gov.in. The UPSC will conduct the examination to recruit suitable candidates for IAS, IPS and other Group A and B services. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on June 16, 2024.
The IAS preliminary examination will be conducted in two shifts, i.e., 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the morning shift and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the afternoon shift. UPSC Exam Centre Code 2024
UPSC has released the IAS Exam Centre with the UPSC admit card. Students will be able to check their examination centre code on their admit card with the UPSC Examination Centre name and its code.
Documents to Carry to the Exam Centre
The recruitment authority has specified certain documents that the aspirants need to bring to the UPSC Exam Centre. Thus, they must thoroughly check the guidelines for the exam to know about the documents required on the UPSC Exam Centre 2024.
- Hard Copy of UPSC IAS Admit Card
- Photocopy of valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving Licence, etc).
- Passport Size Photograph.
Guidelines to be followed at UPSC Exam Centre
There are certain points to be noted by all the registered candidates at the UPSC exam centre, as discussed below.
- Reach the exam centre at least 4–45 minutes before reporting to avoid traffic issues, train/bus congestion, etc., or any other last-minute delay on the exam day.
- Carry a valid UPSC admit card to the exam centre in order to be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Bring valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhar card/PAN card/voter ID card/driving licence, etc., to the UPSC 2024 exam centre.
- Candidates are not allowed to bring prohibited items inside the UPSC 2024 exam centre, such as calculators, Textual Materials, Mobile phones, Pagers, Bluetooth, Earphones, microphones, Health bands, watches, etc.
- Read the exam guidelines and instructions before appearing in the exam to maintain decorum in the hall.
