UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 Schedule Released: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 schedule. All such candidates who have applied for the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 can check the exam schedule from the official website of UPSC -upsc.gov.in/.
The written exam for UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 will be conducted on 28 to 30 June 2019. General English and General Studies paper will be conducted on 28 June whereas General Economics-I, Statistics – I (Objective),General Economics-II and Statistics – II (Objective) will be conducted on 29 June. Exam for General Economics-III, Statistics –III (Descriptive), Indian Economics and Statistics – IV (Descriptive) will be conducted on 30 June.
It is to be noted that UPSC has released the IES/ISS Exam 2019 Notification in which a total of 65 vacancies in Junior Time Scale of the Services had been notified. Out of which 32 belongs to Indian Economic Services (IES) while rest 33 posts were in Indian Statistical Services (ISS).

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Indian Economic Service- Post-Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Economtrics from a recognized University.
- Indian Statistical Service - Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics from a recognized University.
Age Limit - 21 to 30 years (Age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per govt. norms)
