Eligibility Criteria
Senior Research Fellow- I
Qualification: Aspirants must have first class M Sc in Science degree with 2 years of research experience in Sensor & related area OR candidates should possess degree in M Tech (Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology) with 60% marks.
Senior Research Fellow-II
Qualification: Applicants are required to be first class M Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Microelectronics Technology/Materials Science/Materials Engineering) degree holders
Desirable: Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in MEMS Technology/ Microfabrication Technology are desirable.
Age Limit: Aspirants must not be more than 32 years (as on 01 December 2012). 5 years of age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to SC/S T/ OBC/ Women/ PH category.
Junior Research Fellow
Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply should be first class B Tech (Ceramic Engineering/Ceramic Technology/Nanoscience/Nanotechnology/Materials Science/Materials Engineering) degree holders OR possess degree in M Sc (Chemistry) with at least 60% marks.
Age Limit: Applicants should not be above 28 years (as on 01 December 2012) which is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates SC/S T/ OBC/ Women/ PH category.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the walk-in interview conducted by the institute on the specified date and time at the prescribed venue.

- Aspirants are required to walk-in with application form and resume and in specified format for the interview.
- Further, candidates should enclose one set of self- attested copies of certificates (birth certificate/ 10th class certificate as a proof of age, education and experience.
