BMS College of Engineering, popularly known as BMSCE is a private, autonomous college, located in Basavanagudi, Bangalore, India. Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. Founded in 1946 by Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah, BMSCE is run by the B.M.S. Educational Trust. As per NIRF rankings 2023, BMS College of Engineering is placed in the 101-150 rank band.

BMSCE Bangalore offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the courses is based on entrance examinations. Candidates must fulfil the BMS College of Engineering admission criteria to be eligible for the courses. BMS College of Engineering has a Department for placement and training. The aim of BMSCE placement cell is to identify the right career option for the students in tandem with their personal values, skills and interest. The placement ofﬁce communicates and builds relations with potential recruiters. The recruiters conduct multiple rounds of the selection process including aptitude test, group discussion and personal interview and inform the names of shortlisted students to the BMS College of Engineering placement department, which in turn shall inform the concerned students for the same. The college has a campus size of 15 acres with a student and faculty count of 5975 and 409 respectively.&nbsp;
