CBSE to provide digital board exam documents to flood-hit Kerala students
In a special gesture to students from CBSE affiliated schools in Kerala, whose board exam documents such as mark sheets/ migration certificates/ pass certificates have got lost or damaged in the state’s floods, the CBSE will provide them with digital mark sheets, migration certificates and pass certificates through the ‘Parinam Manjusha’ portal/ DigiLocker.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in technical collaboration with National E-Governance Division (NEGD) has developed the first-of-its-kind digital academic repository called ‘Parinam Manjusha’. The academic repository will be integrated with DigiLocker.
In a special gesture to students from CBSE affiliated schools in Kerala, whose board exam documents such as mark sheets/ migration certificates/ pass certificates have got lost or damaged in the state’s floods, the CBSE will provide them with digital mark sheets, migration certificates and pass certificates through the ‘Parinam Manjusha’ portal/ DigiLocker.
Key Highlights
• The digital academic documents being provided through the portal will be digitally signed using the digital signature of CBSE’s Controller of Examinations. The digital documents will be legally valid as per IT Act.
• These documents will also have PKI based QR codes, which means that they can be verified for authenticity using the DigiLocker mobile app.
• The board exam academic documents are crucial for admission for higher studies and employment.
• Overall, there are around 1,300 schools in Kerala that are affiliated to the CBSE.
How to get these documents?
1. The students can visit Parinam Manjusha website - https://cbse.digitallocker.gov.in and download their academic documents using the login-id and password, which was provided to them at the time of declaration of results on their registered mobile numbers.
2. To help the students further, the CBSE will re-send login-id and password of Parinam Manjusha/DigiLocker pertaining to students of the year 2016-2018 on their mobile numbers provided with Class X/XII data.
3. The students who passed out between 2004 and 2015 and those of 2016-2018 who did not provide mobile numbers at the time of Class X/XII data or those who have changed their mobile numbers can do the following to login to the portal:
- Visit Parinam Manjusha website and link their Aadhaar to their account and get their digital documents by providing their roll number, class and year of examination.
- Students who don’t possess Aadhaar or don’t remember their roll numbers may approach their schools directly or through their relatives to register themselves in order to get login credentials of the portal.
- The CBSE has provided a link on its website for the schools to register such candidates.
What to do if the documents are not correct?
In case any student finds any variation in his or her document, then they may contact the CBSE Regional Office Thiruvananthapuram immediately by giving roll number, name, class and year.
The students can also write to support@digitallocker.gov.in giving roll number, name, class and year of exam, in case of any other difficulty.
