Dainik Jagran on 13 May 2014 won INMA Awards in different categories. The Awards were given at the 84th Annual INMA World Congress at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, USA.
The categories in which Dainik Jagran won the awards are:
Best Idea Category: In this category it won the first prize for its initiative to boost newspapers’ sales during special coverage of Mahakumbh in Allahabad.
Retail Guru Campaign: In this category it won the second prize for increasing advertisements. The publication also won Bronze awards for Sanskarshala and Jagran Young Editor.
Newspaper Marketing: In this category it was conferred with Silver Award on the Sanskarshala by the WAN-INFRA.
Besides, the publication also got the first prize for its campaign Jagran Young Editor.
The awards were received by Dainik Jagran Director Bharat Gupta and Jagran New Media Chief Executive Officer Sukriti Gupta.
This year INMA awarded 30 newspapers across the world for their efforts to increase the readership, marketing and sales along with branding.
