The London Olympic Park reopened to the visitors on 30 March 2013. 20000 tickets were sold to visitors who wanted to see London Olympic Park in Stratford, east London where Olympics took place in 2012.
The Park in Progress Tours will be open to the visitors on 30 March 2013 and 31 March 2013 apart from the school holidays from 29 March 2013 to 23 June 2013. The London Olympic Park is still under construction and after completion of the construction; its name will be changed to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The newly constructed Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will have facilities such as businesses, housing, parklands as well as venues which will showcase sports, entertainment and community events. As of now, the visitors will receive the bird's-eye view from the ArcelorMittal Orbit tower that is just in the neighbouring vicinity of the Olympic Stadium.
The new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will comprise of velodrome, Copper Box venues and the stadium.
