Important Government Schemes 2023
1.PM VIshwakarma KAushal Samman (PM VIKAS)
Under this scheme, artisans are provided financial assistance. The PM VIshwakarma KAushal Samman scheme will enable artisans to improve their products’ scale, quality, and reach, integrating them with the MSMEs value chain.

2.Atmanirbhar Horticulture Clean Plant Programme
This scheme will be helping in the availability of quality and disease-free planting material for high-value horticultural crops.
3. Pharma Innovation Programme
In the Budget 2023, the Financial Minister proposed to launch a new program to promote innovation and research in pharmaceuticals, which will be taken up through centers of excellence.
4. Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme
The government has launched the Aspirational Blocks Programme, which will provide essential government services across multiple areas such as nutrition, health, agriculture, skill development, education, financial inclusion, water resources and basic infrastructure.
5.Pradhan Mantri PVTG Development Mission
The Pradhan Mantri PVTG Development Mission will be launched to improve the socio-economic conditions of the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs).
6. Green Credit Programme
The Green Credit Programme will be launched under the Environment (Protection) Act to encourage behavioral change and will incentivize environmentally responsible and sustainable actions by individuals, companies and local bodies. It will assist them in mobilizing additional resources for such activities.
7. PM-PRANAM
PM Programme for Restoration, Awareness, Nourishment and Amelioration of Mother Earth (PM-PRANAM) will incentivize states and UTs to promote the balanced use of chemical fertilizers and alternative fertilizers.
8. Amrit Dharohar
Under this scheme the wetlands would be conserved by promoting their optimal use · The scheme is to be implemented in the next three years as Wetlands are crucial ecosystems to sustain biological diversity.
9. Mahila Samman Bachat Patra
Mahila Samman Savings Certificate, a one-time small savings scheme, will be available for two years, i.e. up to March 2025

1. It is a joint initiative by the MHA and NHA to help CAPF personnel access healthcare services pan India. 2. The scheme provides cashless and paperless medical treatment at empanelled hospitals. 3. The CAPF personnel and their dependents will get an e-card to avail of the scheme. |
| PM Atmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana |

1. It will focus on strengthening healthcare infrastructure across the country. 2. It will provide support to set up 17,788 rural Health and Wellness Centres in 10 high focus states. Besides this, 11,024 urban Health and Wellness Centres will be established in all the States. 3. An IT-enabled disease surveillance system through the development of a network of surveillance laboratories at block, district, regional and national levels in all Metropolitan areas. |

1. To provide skill training to youths to help them become entrepreneurs till 2025-26. 2. It facilitates loans to youth and help them in connecting with appropriate markets. 3. Under this scheme, skill training will be provided to 3 lakh youths. |
| Gram Ujala Scheme |

1. To raise awareness against climate change and to save electricity. 2. LED bulbs will be distributed at Rs. 10 per piece across five states—Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. 3. A maximum of 5 LED bulbs can be bought by the residents by paying for old 100-watt bulbs and meters will be installed at these houses. |
