List of Mike Sites in India
The Monitoring the Killing of Elephants acronyms as MIKE. The prime objectives of the MIKE are to measure levels and trends in the illegal poacher of elephants. So that Government can build their institutional capacity within the range of States for the long-term management of their elephant populations.
Here, we are giving the list of Mike Sites in India which is very useful in the preparation of competitive examinations like UPSC-prelims, SSC, State Services, NDA, CDS, and Railways etc.

MIKE (Monitoring of Illegal Killing of Elephants) Programme is mandated by COP resolution of CITES which was started in South Asia in the year 2003. Under the programme data are being collected from all sites on monthly basis in specified MIKE patrol form and submited to Sub Regional Support Office for South Asia Programme located in Delhi.
