AIBE 2020 Exam Schedule Released: As per the latest update, the Bar Council of India has formally released the AIBE 2020 Exam Dates along with the detailed schedule. BCI has released the detailed exam schedule along with dates for online application process and examination dates on which the law entrance exam will be held. The AIBE XV 2020 Registration Process to commence on 16th May 2020. According to the exam schedule released on the official website on 12th May 2020; the law entrance exam will be held 16th August 2020. AIBE 2020 Exam Pattern

AIBE is a national level test for advocates and lawyers, which tests one’s ability to practice law anywhere in the country. Candidates appearing and clearing AIBE Exam are provided with ‘"Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. Without AIBE Certification, lawyers are not allowed to practice law. The entrance exam is designed to check two basic aspects in candidate i.e. analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law.

According to the previous year trends, the law entrance exam / qualifying test is held in over 11 languages across the country. The test consists of 100 MCQs / Multiple Choice Questions of 1 mark each. The exam doesn’t feature negative marking. The result of the ABIE Exam is announced as simple pass or fail for the candidates; no detailed sectional or total score is released for the examination.
