The online correction in the registered form of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences 2018 or AIIMS 2018 entrance exam has now begun. The correction window is now open and will close on 12th March 2018 by 5:00 PM. Students who have not completed the form but have paid the fee for the exam can also submit their duly filled form, in time.
The circular released on the official website of AIIMS stated that ‘Since despite SMS/emails several candidates have not completed their Application Form or have not made such corrections, the competent authority has decided to give such applicants another chance (only those candidates who have submitted the fee but could not complete their remaining steps of Application Form) between 08.03.2018 to12.03.2018 (5.00 PM) to complete/correct such deficiencies in their Application Form as per AIIMS requirement described in the Prospectus.’
Earlier it was informed that the registration window will close on 5th March 2018, and no changes will thereafter, be allowed, in the form. But now, AIIMS has given a second chance to all the aspirants who have, due to any reason, failed in completing the registration procedure.
The AIIMS 2018 Examination is slated to be held on May 25th, 2018, and May 26th, 2018.The examination would be conducted in two shifts, depending on the number of applicants and/ or logistics.
The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, more commonly known as AIIMS are a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher medical education in India. AIIMS conducts entrance exam every year in order to select deserving students to pursue medical studies for various courses such as MBBS, BSc. Nursing, Pharmacy, etc. It is a national level undergraduate medical entrance exam conducted to offer admission in MBBS program. AIIMS entrance exam 2018 will be conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi).
