AP Intermediate Results 2018: The Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has today announced the AP Intermediate 2nd Year Results 2018 at around 3 PM. The result brought relief to more than 4 lakh students who were eagerly waiting for the AP Inter Results 2018. According to the official data, 73.33 per cent of students managed to pass the AP Board Inter Examination 2018. This year, the results were declared bit early compared to last year. The AP Inter Results are now available on the official website of the board i.e. bieap.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in.
This year, a total number of 4,41,359 students appeared for the AP Inter 2nd Year examination out of which 2,22,423 were females and 1,71,454 were males. The total number of pass percentage stood at 73.33 per cent (77% girls and 70% boys). In 2017, the pass percentage was 69.30% for general courses and it was 67.32% for vocational courses. According to the AP inter results, top 3 districts which came out with flying passing percentage and they are Krishna, Nellore and Guntur. Kadapa, Srikakulam and Anantapur have lowest pass percentage in the state. According to the data released by the AP government, the best government junior colleges are Vizianagaram, Nellore and Chittoor.
Last year, Krishna district topped the list of the best performing district. With 86 per cent pass percentage, the students of Krishna district emerged victorious in the AP Inter 2nd Year Result. As far as worst performing district is concerned, Kadapa district secured the least success ratio of 66%. The overall pass percentage of AP 2nd year intermediate students was 77%, which is an improvement of 2% compared to 2016 record. The AP Intermediate Results 2018 were announced from the Rajahmundry office of the board. The state HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao graced the declaration ceremony and officially announced the BIEAP Inter 2nd Year Result 2018. The results are now available on board’s official website i.e bieap.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in.
The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) is an independent agency working under the aegis of Ministry of Secondary Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The SSC Board is responsible for promotion, management and development of secondary level school education in the state. Similarly, the Intermediate Board Exams for Class 12 students are conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP).
