During this course of the examination, no such scandalous incidence was registered, as that of the U.P Board exams. The measures that were taken by the board in order to curb cheating, have proven to be helpful. Although rumors have stated that the board changed their examination pattern after the physics paper of class 12th 2018 examination went viral on February 8th, 2018. But the board has denied any such changes.
Once the class 12th examination of Bihar Board 2018 is completed, students can expect the results to be announced around the month of April or May 2018. The Bihar Board class 10th examination will commence from 21st February 2018 and conclude on 28th February 2018. Students can download the admit card available on the board's website. It is mandatory for all the students to carry their admit cards while going for the examination. The Aadhar card is also made mandatory for the students who are appearing for the Bihar Board 2018 examination.
The Bihar Board 2018 class 12th or intermediate examination is conducted in two shifts. The morning shift is from 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM. Extra time of 15 minutes is given to the students for reading the question paper. Once the morning shift examinations are completed, the evening shift paper begins at 1:45 PM and ends around 5:00 PM.
This year, the Bihar Board has changed their exam pattern. Around 50 per cent of the paper is said to be in an objective format. The examination pattern has also changed for matriculation students. It has been speculated that more than 12 lakh students have registered for the Bihar board intermediate exam, this year.

The Bihar School Examination Board is popularly known by its acronym i.e. BSEB. The BSEB is the primary agency entrusted with the task of holding and conducting board examinations at secondary and higher secondary school levels. As per the general trend, the board conducts the annual matric exams for class 10 students and the intermediate exams for Class 12 students in the months of February and March. In addition to the annual board exams, the BSEB also conducts the Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination as per government norms.
