BSE Odisha Class 10 Supplementary Exam: The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has stated that the class 10 supplementary examination will be held from July 8 to 14, 2019. According to the BSE Secretary Ramasish Hajra, the examinations will be held in the morning session from 9:00 AM to 11: 30 AM. The BASE class 10 supplementary examinations will be held in the examination centres assigned for the same.
The applications for the candidates who wish to appear for the class 10 supplementary examination is available on the official website of the board. To submit the application form candidates need to log in using their school code and password. The last date to submit the applications for the class 10 supplementary examinations is June 18, 2019.
Along with the class 10 supplementary examination, the board is also set to conduct the state open school examination. As per reports, the state open school examinations will be conducted from July 8 to 16, 2019. The application forms for the state open school certificate examination is also available on the official website of the board. Here again to fill the application forms candidates are required to enter the school code and password in the application link given on the website.
The BSE Odisha secretary also said that the board has started the preparation for the class 10 supplementary examination. He also added that the board is currently working on centre allotment, question papers and the selection of the invigilators which is estimated to be completed by the end of June 2019.
According to the data received, a total of 5,61,079 students appeared for the class 10 examination. After the results were declared close to 3, 97,125 candidates passed the examination of which 2,05,470 were female candidates and 1,91,655 were male. The state of Odisha saw an overall pass percentage of 70.78 percent in the class 10 examinations.
