The CGBSE 12th Result 2017 has been officially announced today at 11:00 AM in a press meet at Raipur office of the Board. The CG Board 12th Result was announced by the School education minister Shri Kedarnath Kashyap. He formally declared the results for nearly 2.8 lakh students. Along with this, the board also announced the statistics for the CGBSE 12th Board Result showcasing the performance of students. As per the official notification, 76.36% students managed to clear the examination. The overall success ratio in the recently announced CGBSE Results 2017 has increased by 2.63% compared to last year. Girls again beat the boys in terms of the performance with both scoring 79.05% and 73.07%. As far as toppers are concerned, Balod boy Devendra Kumar topped the merit list with 98.60%. A total of 24 students have made it to the top 10 merit list of CGBSE.
Reports have hinted that the CGBSE Result Declaration ceremony was attended by the Honourable School Education Minister Shri Kedarnath Kashyap. Along with him, top official executives of the CGBSE including CG Board president Vikas Sheel and Secretary Sudhir Kumar Aggarwal were present for the press meet and CG Board 12th Result announcement function.
