The Common Law Admission Test or CLAT 2018 Admit Card has been released by the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, on the official website, i.e. The official statement released by the board office stated that, ‘The Admit Card/Hall ticket can be downloaded by the candidate by logging into his/her LOGIN account from 20th April, 2018.’ The CLAT 2018 will be conducted on 13th May 2018 for the aspirants who are seeking admissions in the Five Year Integrated Law Degree (Hon’s) Undergraduate programme and One Year LL.M. Degree Postgraduate programme in the 19 National Law Universities in India.

The registered students who have applied for CLAT 2018 must download the admit card from the official website. Along with the admit card, students must carry a valid photo ID card (original + photocopy) and other requisite documents (as mentioned on the Admit Card) to the examination venue for hassle free verification process. It has been speculated that around 2432 seats will be allocated based on CLAT Result 2018. Although the final cut off of seats will be announced after the official declaration of the result. Out of the total number of seats, around 1480 have been allocated as All-India seats and around 604 seats have been dubbed as state level seats while 258 seats have been assigned as special category seats.

The universities that are participating for the CLAT 2018 Entrance Examination are: NLSIU (Bengaluru), NALSAR (Hyderabad), NLIU (Bhopal), NLU (Jodhpur), HNLU (Raipur), GNLU (Gandhinagar), RMLNLU (Lucknow), WBNUJS (Kolkata), RGNUL (Punjab), CNLU (Patna), NUALS (Kochi), NLUO (Odisha), NUSRL (Ranchi), NLUJA(Assam), DSNLU (Visakhapatanam), TNNLS(Tiruchirappalli), MNLU (Mumbai), MNLU (Nagpur), and MNLU (Aurangabad).

Step 4: Now enter your login credentials

About CLAT 2017

The 19 participating National Law Universities (NLUs) each year on a rotational basis, for short-listing students for the Under-Graduate (UG) / Post-Graduate (PG) Law programmes, conduct Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is the only way to secure admission in one of the 18 National law universities, to pursue the most coveted LLB/LLM programmes offered by these NLU and associated institutions.

The admission is granted on the ‘merit-cum-preference’ in accordance with the eligibility and other criteria as laid down by respective NLUs.
