GSEB HSC Result 2018: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the GSEB Commerce, Arts and Vocational Results 2018 today on the official website of the board.i.e gseb.org. The Gujarat Board had announced the GSEB SSC Result 2018 on May 28. This year, the GSEB conducted the General Stream examination from 12th March to 28th March. After the official declaration of the GSEB Commerce, Arts and Vocational Result 2018 (General Stream) , the scorecards will be available on the official website of the board i.e. gseb.org. The candidates who have appeared for the GSEB HSC examination are asked to keep all the details for the fast and easy access to the Gujarat HSC General Stream Result 2018.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) had declared the result for the GSEB Class 12 examination, for Science stream on May 20th. Around 1.34 lakh students took the Class 12 Science exam in March, of which, 98,067 passed, taking the pass percentage to 73 per cent. According to a media report, girls outshined boys with a pass percentage of 74.9 per cent as compared to boys (71 per cent). "The top-scoring district was Rajkot while the sixth highest scoring district is Chota Udaipur," the report added.
Every year, a large number of students appear for the GSEB 12th General Stream, this year also it was no different. Around 4.76 lakh students took the Class 12 General Exam in March. In 2017, total 5,05,651 students had participated in the GSEB Class 12 Board Exam of which just 2,81,256 could score the qualifying marks in the GSEB General Stream Result. The overall passing rate in the GSEB General Stream Result 2017 was 56.82 per cent. It has followed the pattern of previous years, as the girl students again surpassed the boys by scoring over 70 per cent as against 47.28 per cent of boys. In Arts stream, the passing rate was 55.85 per cent.
