HOS Result 2018: The Haryana Board of Secondary Education or HBSE has today announced the Haryana Open School Result for Class 10 and Class 12 today. The candidates who were eagerly waiting for the results can now check the results on the official website of the Haryana Board i.e. www.bseh.org.in. This year, the Haryana Board conducted the HOS Class 10 Examinations from 8th March to 31st March. The Haryana Open Board pass percentage for the year is 66.73 per cent and it was revealed earlier on May 21.
The Haryana Board has kept the result checking process extremely easy and simple, keeping the convenience of the students. The students will have to first visit the official website of the board i.e. www.bseh.org.in and then they has to insert all the important details. Soon after clicking on the submit button the HOS Class 10 and 12 Results will be displayed on the screen. The candidates must note that the board will issue the original mark sheet soon after the official declaration of the result.
The BSEH, Bhiwani conducted the Haryana Secondary Examinations in 2017 from March 7 to March 28 across 1600+ centres and the result was announced on May 22. In 2017, a total of 3,18,205 students appeared for the examinations out of which 1,43,676 are girl students while 1,75,166 are boys. Out of 3.18 lakh students who participated in the Haryana Board 10th Examination 2017, only 50.49 per cent were able to qualify for the Haryana Board 10th Result 2017. The boys did better than the girls of HBSE this time as the girls scored a cumulative passing percentage of 46.52 per cent and the boys managed a better passing percentage of 55.30 per cent.
The Haryana Open School was formulated by the Board of School Education, Haryana with the vision to meet such objectives as "Education for All at Their Door Steps" for the students of Haryana. Another target of the HOS is to meet its goal of "Universalisation of Education" at the school level. The board aims to reach such candidates who fail to get enrolled into the formal system of regular education or dropped-out for a reason. In particular, the idea of the board is to reach rural youth, women and working people to ensure education for all sections of society. The Haryana Board of Secondary Education conducts examinations at the secondary and the senior secondary level.
