Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICMAI) has rescheduled the foundation, intermediate and final examination for the students of Jharkhand. Students appearing for the examination from the state can visit the official website to check the rescheduled dates for the examination.
According to the notification released on the official website of the institute, the examination for the foundation, intermediate and final examination which was scheduled to be conducted in December has been rescheduled for the students from Jharkhand stated due to the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
The examinations have been rescheduled for the students appearing for the ICMAI examination from Ranchi, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, and Dhanbad. The examinations which were supposed to be conducted on December 12, 2019, will not be conducted on January 7, 2020. Candidates can check the notification through the direct link provided below.
Institute of Cost Accountant of India has postponed the Foundation examination (Fundamentals of Laws & Ethics P-03), Intermediate examination (Laws & Ethics P-06 and Cost Accounting – 08) and Final examination (Strategic Financial Management P-14 and Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation P-16). The postponed examinations will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM.
It must be noted that the changes have been made only for the above-mentioned examination centres while the schedule for the rest of the examinations will remain the same as earlier. ICMAI Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examination results are expected to be released by February 21, 2020.
It has also been notified that the students must make sure to carry their admit card along with them for the examination. Students will not be allowed to appear for the examination without the ICMAI examination admit card. The Institute of Cost Accountant of India Examination will be conducted in Offline, descriptive (Pen & Paper) for a duration of three hours with each paper carrying 100 marks.
