JEE Advanced 2018: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 Results have been declared today on the official website i.e. jeeadv.ac.in. Pranav Goyal secured All India Rank 1 and Meenal Parakh from Delhi is the topper among girls. Pranav Goyal is from Roorkee Zone. K V R Hemant Kumar Chodipilli is the topper from IIT-Kharagpur region whereas Vineetha Vennela from IIT- Kharagpur region is first among girls. After the formal declaration of the results, the scorecards of JEE Advance Result 2018 were made live on the official website of the board i.e. jeeadv.ac.in
The examination scores, as well as all-India rankings of JEE Advanced 2018, has also been published on the website. The JEE Advanced exam was conducted on May 20, 2018, after the formal declaration of JEE Mains Results. Over 1,60,000 students had appeared for the JEE Advanced exam this year. The students who have cracked the examination can now apply for23 IITs and NITs across the country. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the computer-based test (CBT) in two phases. Earlier, a brochure was released by the board where it was stated that JEE (Advanced) 2018 results will be declared on Sunday, June 10, 2018 ,10:00 IST.
Category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) of successful candidates will be available through the online portal after the results are declared. Text messages will also be sent to the candidates to their registered mobile numbers. Candidates should note that the exact date and time for the JEE Advanced 2018 results have not been confirmed by the IIT Kanpur. This year, for the first time, the JEE Advanced was conducted online and as a result, the candidates did not have the hard copy of their question papers.
