
JEST 2019 Result for Physics subject has been announced by the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB). The JEST Result 2019 for Physics Subject was announced today i.e. 8th March 2019 and is now available on its official website i.e. jest.org.in. Candidates who had appeared for JEST 2019 test for Physics subject can check their results online on the official website. According to reports coming from the Board the JEST 2019 Result for Theoretical Computer Science (TCS) will also be announced soon. Candidates will be notified the declaration date for the same on the official website. JEST 2019 exam was held on 17th February 2019.
To check the JEST 2019 Physics Result, candidates will have to log onto the official website of JEST i.e. jest.org.in. On the homepage, they will find a login window, wherein they will have to provide their User ID and password to enter the portal. The Login ID for JEST 2019 portal will be the same that they created during the application process. After logging onto the JEST 2019 web portal, a Scorecard Link will appear in the Left-side menu on the page. By clicking on the link they will be able to check their JEST 2019 Physics Scorecard and also download the same. Candidates are advised to take printout of the scorecard of JEST 2019 Result for future references.
According to the official announcement, a total of 13397 candidates had appeared for the JEST 2019 Physics exam. Of this, 6654 candidates had applied for MSc/Integrated Ph D programme, while the rest 7283 candidates had applied for Ph D. For MSc/Integrated Ph D programme in Physics subject, 398 students have scored the qualifying marks while for the Ph.D. programme 692 students have managed to clear the examination.
After the declaration of JEST 2019 Physics Result, candidates will now have to get in touch with the respective institutes of their choice for interview rounds as part of the selection process. Candidates must note that different institutes who are participating in JEST 2019 have notified their independent selection criteria for shortlisting of candidates.
JEST 2019 or the Joint Entrance Screening Test is a national level entrance exam which is conducted by the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB). The JEST 2019 exam is used as a screening test for admission to Ph.D and Integrated Ph.D courses in Physics or Theoretical Computer Science or Neuroscience or Computational Biology.
