Online Exams, Project Reports

The final year students of the three and five year LLB programme will be able to appear for online examinations, while the students who have not cleared all the papers of the previous years are to appear for the supplementary exams. Students promoted to the final year can also write a project report or appear in an online examination for the pending/ supplementary papers so that they can clear the course within the given time period.

The law universities have been asked to adopt any other appropriate method required for the final year students which the university feels wise to fulfill the requirements of a regular examination. Universities can allow the students to write a project report or research paper for each paper of the final year or come up with a method to double the internal marks of the semester exams which have been conducted earlier.

The universities have been asked to follow the COVID-19 protocol and make sure that the social distancing rules are being followed in the university campus and all the classrooms and exam halls are properly sanitized from time to time. The BSI has also added that the safety and health of the students must not be compromised at any cost.
