HSC Result 2018: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the Maharashtra 12 Result 2018 today on the official website of the board i.e. mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in or mahresult.nic.in. Earlier, the reports from the Maharashtra Board suggested that the board officials have made all the arrangements and will be announcing the MSBSHSE Class 10 Result on time. The Maha Board students who have appeared for the Maharashtra Board HSC examination 2018 are asked to keep all the details ready for the fast and easy access to the MSBSHSE HSC Result 2018. This year, the Maharashtra Board conducted the HSC Examination from 21st February to 20th March through nine divisional boards that are primarily located at Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Latur, Nagpur, Amravati and Ratnagiri.

Today, the declaration of the Maharashtra Board HSC Result 2018 will seal the fate of more than 14 lakh students who have appeared for the examination. This year, more than 14,85,132 students who have registered to appear for the exams conducted at 9,486 junior colleges and 2,822 centres across the state of Maharashtra. Of the total students registered, 5,80,820 students were for Science, 4,79,863 students for Arts, 3,66,756 students for Commerce, and the 57,693 students for the vocational stream, according to The Free Press Journal. The Maharashtra Board is considered as one of the biggest boards in India with lakhs of students enrolling themselves every year. In 2017, about 15.05 lakh students in the state had appeared for the examination which was held in February-March 2017. The exam was conducted in nine divisions of the state board — Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan. About 5.59 lakh students had appeared for the Science stream, 5.09 lakh students for Arts, 3.73 students for Commerce and 62,948 students for the minimum competency vocational course (MCVC).
