With the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education declared the Class 12/ HSC results on the official website yesterday, the board has notified that it will be accepting the applications for the re-evaluation of the answer sheets for the first time. The announcement was made by the Maharashtra State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad in social media. The state education minister has mentioned that the students can file the Maharashtra HSC revaluation applications on the official website.

According to reports, a total of 14,13,687 students appeared for the Maharashtra Board examinations from which 12,81,712 students qualified the examinations. In the tweet, the Maharashtra State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad mentioned that the Maharashtra Board will be accepting online applications through the website for verification, photocopies of answer sheets, re-evaluation, and migration certificate due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
State Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey and Higher Education minister Uday Samant took to twitter to congratulate the students after the class 12 Maharashtra Board examination results were declared. Candidates can check their board examination results on the official website - mahresukt.nic.in.
As per data provided, the Konkan region has secured the highest pass percentage of 95.89 percent followed by the Pune region with 92.50 percent, Kolhapur with 92.42 percent, Amaravati with 92.09 percent, Nagpur with 91.65 percent, Lathur with 89.79 percent and Mumbai, Mashil and Aurangabad with 89.35, 88.87 and 88.18 percent.
