The candidates who have appeared for the Maharashtra Board Class 12 Supplementary Examination (HSC) 2018, we have some important news for you. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is likely to announce MSBSHSE HSC Supplementary Result 2018 next week. According to the sources, the board might announce the result on 27th August. However, these are tentative dates; there has been no official confirmation from the board. Soon after the formal declaration of the Maharashtra Board HSC Supplementary Result 2018, the scorecards will be available on the official website of the board i.e. mahresult.nic.in. The candidates who will be checking their results are asked to keep all the details ready for the fast and easy access to the result.
This year, the Maharashtra Board announced Class 12 results on May 30, 2018. Around 88.41% students got the pass status in the results. Rest of them applied for the supplementary exams. Coming to the performance of the students streamwise, the highest percentage for the Science stream was 95.85% while for Commerce and Arts streams, it was 89.50% and 78.96% respectively. Talking about the best performances then it is hard to avoid that 5,486 students obtained more than 90% in the examinations.

The candidates who will be checking the results must note that the board will issue the original marksheet soon after the declaration of the result. Hence, it is important for the candidates to save the PDF file of the result for future references.

The jurisdiction of the MSBSHSE extends over the nine divisional boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. Every year more than 30 lakh plus students participate in the bi-yearly examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune at the HSC and the SSC level. Around 21,000 SSC level and 7,000 plus higher secondary level schools and institutions are affiliated with MSBSHSE. The board holds the power to regulate, supervise academic policies and prescribe syllabus in the affiliated schools.
