Virtual Classes, Special Classes to continue

This will continue in near future, until Diwali, after which the Government may consider a proposal to reopen schools in the state. Education Minister was also found to be COVID-19 positive and has recovered fully now. While speaking to reporters, she said that “the challenge is to find a way to end the academic year and assess students. While we are exploring various options, it is clear that schools will not open before Diwali.”

Cabinet to Consider Proposal Soon

As per recent media reports, the Maharashtra State Government is mulling the idea to reopen schools in the state post-Diwali.
