Meghalaya Class 12th Board Examination 2021: Chief Minister of Meghalaya Conrad Sangma said that the Meghalaya Board of School of Education class 12th examination will be conducted as per the schedule. His statement was issued shortly after the Union Education Minister decided to postpone the CBSE class 12 exams. The government took this decision after reviewing the pandemic situation in the state. The Meghalaya government has also directed the state health department to put more efforts to execute the vaccination drive and also increase the number of vaccination centres.

He tweeted, "Reviewed the COVID-19 situation in the State. Govt. has decided that the MBOSE exams for Class 12 will be held as scheduled. Health Department has been instructed to intensify efforts to execute the vaccination drive and also increase the number of vaccination centres."
As per the schedule released earlier by the Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education (MBOSE), the class 12th examinations will be held from 16th April to 12th May 2021. Also, today the Central Board of Secondary Education declared cancelling of class 10 board exams and postponement of class 12 board exams.
