Nagaland NBSE 10th and 12th Exam 2021: In much needed relief to the students, the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has announced that it would be holding special exams for Class 10 and 12 students of the state board, who have missed to appear for the HSLC and HSSLC Exams due to COVID-19 pandemic. To confirm the news, the NBSE Chairman Asano Sekhose has issued an notification, which says that students who missed out on appearing for HSLC and HSSLC Exams for few subjects will be given another chance to appear for the same through special exams to be held later on. As of now, the Nagaland Board Exam for Class 10 and 12 students is currently underway and will go on until 29th April 2021. The NBSE HSLC Exam 2021 for 10th students ended on 21st April, while Nagaland HSSLC Exam 2021 for Class 12 students would end on 29th April 2021.
Online Application for Special Exams
To facilitate the application and registration process for the special exam, Nagaland Board will commence online application process for the same soon. Students, who missed out to appear for HSLC and HSSLC Exam for specific subjects, will be able to apply online for the special exam online. The intended subjects need to be mentioned along with a photocopy of their admit card. The applications should be forwarded by the respective Centre Superintendent of the Examination centres. The last date for submission of application forms for HSLC exams is 28th April and the last date for submission of application forms for HSSLC exams is 5th May. The Nagaland Board further clarified that this chance is also for the students who had to go for COVID-19 testing, missed the examination, and eventually tested negative. However, students have to produce a COVID 19 negative report in order to appear for the special test for Nagaland Board Exam 2021.
