NIOS D.EL.ED Result 2018: Fake news saying result announced creates confusion amongst students

The candidates who have appeared for the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) D.EL.ED examination has been eagerly waiting for the NIOS D.EL.ED Result 2018. For the past few days, the students have become more restless after a few WhatsApp messages stating the declaration of the result became viral. However, the link attached with the message directs the students to a portal which does not have any connecting with NIOS.  

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is due to announce NIOS D.El.Ed Result 2018 for the May / June examination. Not only WhatsApp messages even YouTube videos have also been uploaded claiming that the NIOS D.EL.ED Result 2018 has been announced and the candidates can check the results by entering the enrollment number and e-mail address. The candidates should note that this link is fake.

The candidates who will be checking the results must note that the NIOS will ask the students to submit the roll number and not the e-mail to check the result.  NIOS has not uploaded any notification for result announcement on the official website. However, there are few result links which are official but candidates are not able to check result through it as well. In both the links, candidates are asked to submit the Roll Number of NIOS D.El.Ed.

The NIOS second year exams will be held in the month of September 2018. The dates are: The Elementary Education in India Subject: A socio -cutural perspective (501) will be held on September 25. The paper for Pedagogic Process in Elementary School (502) is due to be held on September 26, 2018. Candidates will appear for Learning languages at Elementary Level (503) exam on September 27. Whereas, the paper for Learning Mathematics at Elementary Level (504) and Learning Environmental Studies at Primary Level (505) will be conducted on September 28 and 29, respectively.
